I’m not sure. I don’t think is a completely accurate way to figure that at home. The only way to truly find out would have your eyes tested at the doctor.

My eye (: I did this for a pre-ap phobia project in my photography class. It’s supposed to represent “somniphobia”, the fear of sleeping.
